This weekend several tech sites reported suspicious iTunes activity related to hacked iTunes accounts and fraudulent purchases between $100 and $1400 that hoisted one developer into 40 of the top 50 spots in the iTunes top paid books section. Apple has sort of confirmed the fraud, so you may want to verify that your iTunes account hasn't been hacked. To do so, fire up iTunes, navigate to iTunes Store in the iTunes sidebar, click the Account link (on the right of the main iTunes Store page), log in when prompted, then click the Purchase History button.
