Man steals golf cart from Buick Open, tries to make 21 mile trip home on it
Police discovered a 19-year-old rode his bike from his Waterford home to Warwick Hills.
By the time he made it to the golf course, he was pretty tired, police said.
So, he loaded his bike into the back of a nearby golf cart and took off down Saginaw Street. Police stopped him about 2 a.m. as he was tooling along to a relative's home.
He was arrested and lodged in the Genesee County Jail for stealing a vehicle.
