The East Alton Rotary Club has started an international project with the Barranquilla Oriente Rotary Club in Colombia. This project initially started as a classroom repair of a volunteer school out in the pueblo. But on further inspection by the architect the entire building needs to be replaced. So now East Alton Rotary is looking for other Rotary Clubs to partner with to complete this project.
