THINKING ABOUT FUNDRAISING GOALS

The 2011-12 Fund Development Club Goal Report Form is now available to help you plan your club's annual giving. Club goal-setting for fundraising is vital to the Every Rotarian, Every Year effort in building sustained support for The Rotary Foundation's Annual Programs Fund, the primary source of funding for the Foundation's humanitarian and educational programs.
In addition to the online form, printed copies of the 2011-12 Fund Development Goal Report Form will be included inside the 2011-12 EREY Club Success Kit, which will be distributed at upcoming presidents-elect training seminars. District governors-elect can help ensure club presidents-elect receive a copy of the Club Goal Report Form in advance so they may come to PETS with their club's 2011-12 fundraising goals already identified.
After district governors-elect receive the completed goal forms from the club presidents-elect, district governors-elect may either submit the goals to The Rotary Foundation or  enter them online through Member Access. Each club's annual giving goal and percentage of the goal achieved will appear on the District Monthly Contribution Report.
