Texican
Owner Michael Sinensky, a hospitality veteran with eight spots and another few to come, likes to call his combination of foods "Texican."
The word "Texican" is also used to refer to someone who believes Texas should secede from the U.S., Anglo-American settlers in Texas when it was Mexican territory, Spanish-speaking Texans (especially those involved in cattle-driving) and a cocktail composed of tequila, cranberry juice and lime juice.
