Throughout November, which is Rotary Foundation Month, all those involved with Interact, Rotaract, and RYLA are encouraged to consider ways to support Foundation programs and projects around the world.
The Rotary Foundation fights hunger, poverty, disease, and illiteracy. It supports Rotary International’s efforts to achieve world understanding and peace through humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs. PolioPlus is the Foundation’s largest effort to date, and the family of Rotary continues to play a leading role, volunteering both time and money to eradicate polio.
Many Foundation programs are open to Rotary’s New Generations, including Ambassadorial Scholarships, Group Study Exchange, and Rotary Peace Fellowships.
