WELL DONE!

A  janitor at a Kentucky high school was in for a big surprise when he got called down to the gymnasium last week. Instead of cleaning up a mess, Ricky Spaulding was presented with a check for $1,900, a gift from grateful students who wanted to send the custodian to Italy to meet his baby granddaughter. “I was absolutely speechless,” said Spaulding, who along with his wife will finally get to meet their 2-month-old granddaughter, Harper Elaine. Spaulding’s son Jacob has been stationed in Italy with the U.S. Navy for the past year. “Words cannot describe the joy that I feel right now.”
