 A Pennsylvania man was charged with whipping out a handgun, firing several shots, and killing a deer he spotted in a Walmart parking lot. After arresting Arcangelo Bianco Jr., a wildlife officer conceded that “it was the nicest buck I’ve seen taken in Indiana County.”
