PEOPLE BEING PEOPLE
A Florida judge irked by a persistent public defender’s legal arguments challenged him to a fistfight. “Let’s go out back and I’ll just beat your ass,” said Judge John Murphy, who allegedly scuffled with the lawyer before police intervened.
