GENDER MATTERS

Only 9 percent of people involved in high-level corporate financial conspiracies are women, according to a study in the American Sociological Review. Female white-collar criminals also profit less than their male counterparts—most made a trivial amount, while a third of men made more than $1 million before getting caught.
